Trouble logging on to "Tsunagaaru"?

1. Doublecheck your email address and password

Input your email address in the space labeled "Email Address" under "Login," which can be found on the left side of the "Tsunagaaru" homepage.
Immediately below, under the space labeled "password," input the password. We recommend copying and pasting when inputting both your email address and your password.

If you still cannot log in, please try the following.

2. Have your password reissued

* TJF will reissue the password for teachers. If you cannot log on after trying the above process and processes 3 to 8, please send an email to tsunagaaru@tjf.or.jp.

Although very rarely, a password may not function properly due to problems with the system. Try logging in again after your password is reissued from this page.

3. Confirm your email address

If you forgot the email address you used for registration, please send an email to tsunagaaru@tjf.or.jp with the following information:

Name:
Nickname:
School name:
Teacher's name:

4. Restart your browser(such as Firefox or Internet Explorer) and try logging in again

5. Restart your computer

After you have restarted your computer, type in your email address and password and try logging in again.

6. Delete your cookies and log in

For Mozilla Firefox users

Click on "Show Cookies…" under Tools > Options… > Privacy.

Type in "tsunagaaru" under the "Search" column, and delete all the sites shown in the search result.

For Internet Explorer users

Click on "Delete Cookies" under Tools > Internet Options… > General.

7. Log in using a different email and a password that is not registered

Input an incorrect email address and password on purpose (such as "aaa"). After failing to log in, input the correct email address and password and log in.

8. If none of the above methods works

There may be a problem with your computer or your computer's network. Try logging in from another computer or network.
